The trouble with running a very successful web directory like ableize is that we get bogged down keeping the wheels turning and catching up with the hundreds of new submissions each day, even if that means sifting through the spam submissions and deleting around 90% that seem to think we are happy to list their blue pill, gambling and buy a new mobile phone sites. YUCK not really in keeping with our strict submission rules, anyway, no point moaning coz nobody cares.

New updated software means we now have time to get ‘blogged’ down (pardon the intended pun) and get into this blogging lark so we are now hitting cyber space with all things disability and health connected.
